Dr. Eric Flowers (Lambda Kappa Spring ’98) is truly “A Brother’s Brother”. Always looking for ways to give back to the fraternity and exemplifying the qualities of a Kappa man at all times. That’s why it came as no surprise to any of us who know him that he was recognized by Henderson State University for his leadership qualities and professionalism.
In his new role, he will oversee the university’s enrollment and student engagement efforts. Below is an excerpt from the official announcement released by Henderson State University:
… Flowers returns to Henderson “with a wealth of knowledge, skill, and leadership in academic affairs, policy and procedure development, strategic planning, and student engagement,” Givan said. “He is an accomplished senior administrator with more than 15 years of leadership in K-12 through post-secondary education.”
“He demonstrates innovation and passion for student affairs and student success. We are fortunate to have him and look forward to new possibilities.”
“Cultivating a space for students to thrive and grow has been my passion for more than 20 years,” Flowers said. “It’s an amazing full circle moment to return to Henderson. I feel it’s a blessing to connect with students each day and contribute to the ongoing improvement and success of the Henderson community.”
Dr. Eric Flowers.
