Brother C.J. Ellis (Lambda Kappa Spring ’05) will be inducted into the Hope High School Athletic Hall of Fame as part of the Class of 2026. Originally scheduled for January 23 2026, the ceremony was postponed to February 6, 2026 due to winter weather.

Ellis earned recognition as one of Hope High’s standout football players, making his mark through hard work, athleticism, and leadership on the field. His success at the high school level carried forward into college, where he became a starter where he wore #24 for the Southern Arkansas Muleriders football at Southern Arkansas University, continuing to represent his hometown with pride.

His Hall of Fame induction comes posthumously (our dear brother C.J. entered Chapter Invisible on May 24, 2018, at the age of 35), serving as a lasting tribute to both his athletic accomplishments and the impact he made on teammates, friends, and the community that supported him throughout his journey.

C.J. was one of those brothers who could make anyone laugh and instantly made an impression on everyone he met. He is a beloved Lambda Kappa Brother and his legacy will live on in the chapter forever.
